Cisco M12 Conversion Kit for IR1800
M12 kit
The IR1800 router can be used in Mass-Transit use cases such as railways and buses requiring M12 connectors using the optional M12 Conversion Kit. The kit comes with the front M12 Adapter assembly as well as the IP54 kit. This improves the IP rating of the whole unit to IP54 and makes the unit EN50155 compliant for railways and bus use cases.
The kit is made of die cast aluminum with paint and texture matching the IR1800 chassis. It includes:
- 1 M12 GE Copper Uplink
- 4 M12 GE LAN Ports
- 1 RS232/485 M12 port
- 1 GPS / GNSS SMA connector
- 1 M12 T-code power / CANBUS connector
- Expansion Module is the single answer to all your desired and specified application execution needs
- With 1000Base-T technology, get up to 1000Mbps data transfer rate over twisted pair cable
- Up to 10x faster than standard Ethernet connection and provides high-performance
- Supports cost-efficient twisted pair cables for high-speed data transfer up to 100 meters
- Expansion Module with data networking application/usage for reliability and maximum efficiency
