Our Policy

  1. Return Period and Eligibility
    Customers may request to return products within 14 calendar days from the date of the applicable order, subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions (available upon request). All products must be in brand-new, unused condition with original packaging and all included accessories.
  2. Defective or Exchange Items
    In the event of a material defect or request for exchange, the customer’s claim will be handled under the manufacturer’s warranty terms and conditions. LTT Partners will assist with the warranty process where applicable but is not responsible for manufacturer decisions.
  3. Return Authorization Process
    To initiate a return or exchange, the customer must notify LTT Partners within 14 days of purchase by emailing support@lttpartners.com. The notice must include:Product name and serial number(s)Purchase date and order numberReason for returnCustomer’s name, address, email, and daytime phone numberIf LTT Partners approves the return at its sole discretion, an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number will be issued. The customer must ship the product(s) back within 2 business days of RMA approval.
  4. Shipping and Handling
    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise covered by the manufacturer. Returned items must be shipped in protective packaging to prevent damage.A restocking fee of 5% will apply to all returns, which LTT Partners may adjust with 30 days’ prior written notice. Additional handling charges may apply for items that require special processing.
  5. Condition of Returned Products
    Returned products must be received in original, resalable condition with all included components, manuals, and accessories. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected or subject to additional fees.
  6. Non-Returnable Items
    Certain items sold by LTT Partners are non-returnable. These may include (but are not limited to) products that are:Licensed or activated software, cloud-based services, or subscriptionsCustom-configured or special-order hardwareOpened products that cannot be resold as newItems designated as non-returnable by the manufacturerLTT Partners retains the sole discretion to determine whether a product is eligible for return on a case-by-case basis.
