These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase and use of bundled hardware and subscription services offered by LTT Partners (“LTT Partners”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) to customers (“Customer”, “you”, or “your”). By purchasing a bundled plan through LTT Partners, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Overview
The LTT Partners Bundle Program allows customers to obtain eligible Geotab devices and related accessories with no upfront hardware cost. The cost of the bundled hardware is included in the Customer’s monthly subscription fee, providing a flexible, predictable payment structure.

2. Scope of Application
These Terms apply to all bundled hardware and service plans offered by LTT Partners, including the following product types:
• GO Devices and Harnesses
• GO Focus Sensors
• GO Focus Plus AI Dash Cams

3. General Conditions
a. Bundled pricing is available only for eligible devices and plans as defined by LTT Partners. Products not eligible for bundling will be billed at standard pricing.
b. Each bundled order must include at least one eligible hardware unit associated with a qualifying subscription plan.
c. Bundled pricing cannot be combined with other promotional offers, discounts, or special pricing.
d. LTT Partners reserves the right to modify eligible products, plans, or terms at any time without prior notice.

4. How It Works
Customers place bundled orders through LTT Partners’ standard ordering process. Upon activation or 60 days from shipment, whichever occurs first, billing for bundled devices begins. Each bundled device is permanently associated with a bundled rate plan that includes an additional premium to the standard plan cost.

5. Minimum Commitment and Early Termination
a. Bundled devices are subject to a minimum commitment period of thirty six (36) months from the date of activation.
b. Early termination by the Customer prior to the completion of the minimum term will result in an Early Termination Fee (ETF). The ETF equals the remaining total contract value of the affected devices.
c. LTT Partners reserves the right to recover unpaid balances or equipment costs resulting from early termination.

6. Hardware Warranty
Each bundled hardware unit includes the manufacturer’s standard warranty as applicable. Warranty coverage begins upon activation. Warranty claims will be processed in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty terms through LTT Partners’ support channels. For more information please email support@lttpartners.com

7. Product-Specific Terms
The following terms apply to each product type under the LTT Partners Bundle Program:

a. GO Devices and Harnesses
• Eligible GO devices include GO9 models such as GO9-LTMB1VZW, GO9-LTMB1ATT, GO9-LTMB1TMO, and related variants.
• Eligible harnesses include HRN-BS16S4, HRN-CW03K3-A, HRN-DS06T2-A, HRN-GS09K2-A, and HRN-GS16K22-A.
• Harnesses may only be bundled in a 1:1 ratio with devices. Any excess harnesses will be billed at standard pricing.
• Each device activates upon installation or 60 days from shipment, whichever is earlier.
• Early termination fee: $250 USD per device if canceled before the 36-month term.

b. GO Focus Sensors
• Eligible GO Focus models include GS1-LTE1ATT, GS1-LTE1TEL, and GS1-LTE2TEN.
• Billing begins upon installation or 60 days from shipment, whichever is earlier.
• Minimum commitment period: 36 months from activation.
• Early termination fee equals the remaining contract value.
• GO Focus bundled devices carry a monthly premium as specified in applicable rate plans.

c. GO Focus Plus AI Dash Cams
• Eligible models include GE1-LTE1ATT, GE1-LTE1TEL, GE1-LTE2TEN-R, and GE1-LTE2TEN-L.
• Activation occurs on installation or 60 days from shipment, whichever occurs first.
• Minimum commitment period: 36 months from activation.
• Early termination fee equals the remaining total contract value.
• GO Focus Plus bundled devices carry a monthly premium per applicable rate plan.

8. Prohibited Use and Limitations
a. Customers may not resell, transfer, or assign bundled devices or subscriptions without prior written consent from LTT Partners.
