Installation Warranty & Terms
Electrical Installation
Assumptions
- All work to be performed during normal business hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST, Monday–Friday) unless otherwise approved in writing.
- POE switches and patch panels will be provided by Customer and in working order. LTT Partners is a licensed reseller for these products if needed.
- No additional networking hardware will be required.
- No point-to-point wireless connections will be required.
- All Layer 3 networking to be handled by Customer.
- Products to be stored by Customer until installation.
- Customer is responsible for ensuring correct products are at correct locations at the time of installation.
Exclusions
The following are excluded from the scope of work unless separately contracted:
- Utility company charges
- Utility service entrance conduits or vaults
- Trenching, backfill, concrete, cutting, patching, coring, and roof penetrations
- Performance bonding
- Temporary power or lighting
- Access panels or fire-rated enclosures
- Omissions from electrical drawings or specifications
- Drywall, paint, and patch repair
- Monitoring services
- Saw cutting, building coring, penetrations, X-ray services, and flashing
- Code upgrades to existing equipment or conditions
- Existing conditions
- Items not listed in the work description or item description
- Performance and payment bonds
Change Orders
All customer-driven change order requests must be submitted in writing to support@lttpartners.com. Any portion of a request falling outside a signed Scope of Work may be discussed or estimated by LTT Partners but will not be incorporated until a signed change order is executed.
Fleet Installation
Warranty Period
90 days from the date of completed installation.
Coverage
This warranty covers labor and workmanship related to the installation only.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Hardware, software, firmware, or subscription services of any manufacturer or platform — these are covered exclusively by the respective manufacturer's warranty and terms of service
- Defects or failures caused by misuse, accident, unauthorized modification, or tampering after installation is complete
- Damage caused by vehicle collisions, flooding, fire, or other external events
- Normal wear and tear, including vibration-related loosening of vehicle-supplied mounting points
- Issues arising from changes made to the vehicle's electrical system by any party other than LTT Partners after installation
- Connectivity or cellular issues attributable to the fleet platform's network or servers
- Software configuration, portal setup, or ongoing system administration (unless separately contracted)
How to Make a Warranty Claim
Contact LTT Partners within the warranty period at 503.545.7794 or projects@lttpartners.com. Provide the vehicle identification number and a description of the issue, and allow LTT Partners reasonable access to the vehicle. We will respond within three (3) business days. If a covered defect is confirmed, LTT Partners will correct the workmanship issue at no additional labor charge.
Limitation of Liability
LTT Partners' sole obligation under this warranty is to re-perform or correct defective installation work. LTT Partners is not liable for lost revenue, lost data, vehicle downtime, or any indirect or consequential damages. LTT Partners' maximum liability shall not exceed the original labor amount paid for the specific installation in question.
Disclaimer
This warranty covers installation workmanship only. LTT Partners makes no warranty regarding any hardware or software installed. All hardware warranties are provided directly by the respective manufacturer.
Customer Responsibilities
To keep this warranty in effect, Customer agrees not to allow anyone other than LTT Partners or a manufacturer-authorized technician to modify, remove, or re-route any installed components without prior written consent, and to notify LTT Partners promptly if a vehicle is involved in a collision or undergoes electrical work.
General
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original Customer and vehicle(s) listed on the installation work order. Any dispute shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, both parties agree to binding arbitration under state law.
